All submitted papers must fall within the scientific scope of the GEO-2026 Conference and comply with the requirements for publication in Scopus-indexed conference proceedings. Papers that do not meet these requirements may be rejected without review.

Submitted papers must present clear scientific results and make a substantial contribution to the field of geotechnologies, subsurface use, and sustainable development of the mineral resource complex.

- Address a clearly defined scientific or engineering problem.
- Be based on original research, experimental studies, numerical modeling, or applied industrial case studies.
- Present new results, validated methods, or novel approaches rather than purely descriptive or review-based content.
- Clearly demonstrate the novelty, relevance, and significance of the study.
- Include quantitative and/or qualitative results, supported by data, models, figures, or tables.
- Provide interpretation and discussion of results and their scientific or practical implications.
- Emphasize methods, results, and analysis, avoiding excessive general background.
- Papers must be original and unpublished.
- Submissions must be written in high-quality English.
- One author may submit no more than two papers, including co-authored papers.
- All papers must fit the conference scope and topics.
- All manuscripts are subject to peer review.
- No page numbers, headers, or footers.
- Single-spaced text.
- All fonts embedded.
- Portrait orientation only.
- Abstract indented 25 mm from the left margin.
- 10 mm spacing between the abstract and the main text.
Each manuscript must include:
- Author name(s) and affiliation(s) (full institutional address, including country).
- A mandatory abstract clearly summarizing objectives, methodology, and key results.
- Properly numbered figures and tables placed within the text.
- Consistent numbering of sections, figures, tables, and equations.
- Clearly readable figures of sufficient resolution.
Papers must be structured using the following sections:
- Background / Introduction
- Purpose / Objective
- Methodology
- Results / Findings
- Conclusion
- References must be accurate, complete, and consistent.
- All cited references must appear in the reference list and vice versa.
- Reference formatting must allow CrossRef linking.
- No duplicated or missing references.

- Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable.

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools (e.g., for language editing, grammar checking, or code assistance) is permitted only as a supporting tool and must not replace the authors’ intellectual contribution.

- Only papers presented at the conference will be published.
- Based on peer-review results and scientific quality, selected papers will be included in the official Scopus-indexed conference proceedings.
Peer Review Process
All papers submitted to the GeoTech-VII 2026 Conference will undergo a rigorous peer-review process administered by the Conference Editors in accordance with the professional and scientific standards expected of an international proceedings journal published.
Review Procedure
Each submitted manuscript will be reviewed by independent expert referees with relevant scientific and technical expertise. The review process will be single-blind, meaning that reviewers will know the authors' identities, while their identities will remain confidential.
